Llandudno 31 v Llangefni 20

Dudno came out of the starting blocks at a pace,and within ten minutes of play 
they had built up a score line of twelve points to nil. Camped firmly inside of 
the Gefni half,they broke away with the ball passing through a number of hands,
with number eight Morgan Owen touching down for an unconverted try.Dudno kept 
up with the pressure,and another flowing movement saw veteran winger James 
Gregson race pass a number of defenders for a try with Ryan Pike converting.
Gefni came back at the home side with a converted penalty by Rhys Hughes.Dudno 
hit back virtually within minutes when from well back in there own half the the 
forwards provided quick ball for the backs who used it to great effect 
resulting in Byron Davies being awarded a touch, which Ryan Pike converted.
Captain Billy McQeenie was setting an example with his barn stormimg running 
with ball in hand,crashing through many defenders in his way,one of which set 
up a try for Toby Roberts.Gefni where to finish the scoring for this first half 
of play with a penalty by Rhys Hughes,and Richard Foulkes getting a try which 
Rhys Hughes converted. Dudno seamed to loose there composure during the second 
half,and this allowed Gefni to come back into the match,with Richard Foulkes 
scoring a try under the posts,giving Rhys Hughes an easy conversion. Dudno 
however secured the home win in the final quarter of play,when after a number 
of phrases of play which took them up to the Gefni try line,that hooker Nick 
Irlam completed the scoring with a touch down. Match Report by Howie. Next
